had been looking for an affordable Cat Tree/scratching post combination, since I do not have a lot of room available. and I didn't want to spend more than 100 bucks. Found this one, didn't have reviews yet, but still, it looked good to me. Got it delivered 3 days after ordering, a huge box, some parts had been fixed already ... the scratch posts with the baskets, the cave was one piece. putting everything together is really easy. The instructions are understandable, all screws are included, even the tool you need to fix it. Better you are 2 people, especially because the cat(s) will be around, my hubby and me needed about 10 minutes to get the thing together. I have 2 cats, they both love it! they can jump and climb around for hours, my little one likes to sleep in the cave, the bigger one doesn't really fit inside, but he is using the top very much for a nap. It could be a little bit more heavy on the bottom, since my 2 are a little crazy sometimes and then the Cat Tree is shaking...
